How long will my order take to arrive?

We usually dispatch orders within 2–4 business days, and delivery generally takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Please note that delivery may take slightly longer during sale periods, festive seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and serviceable locations.

For security and smooth processing, some COD orders may be verified over call or WhatsApp before dispatch. If we’re unable to confirm the order, it may be delayed or cancelled.

I entered the wrong address or phone number in my order — what should I do?

Please contact us immediately if you notice an incorrect address, phone number, or delivery detail.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.
If it has already been shipped, changes may not be possible and delivery may be affected. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional re-shipping charges.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at care@siyaethnics.com or on WhatsApp/phone: 7999878817 with your order details.

Can I return or exchange a saree if I don’t like it or if I change my mind?

Yes, eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, the product must be:

  • unused and unworn
  • in original packaging
  • with all tags/accessories included
  • returned within the 7-day window

Please note that sale items and customized products are not returnable or exchangeable.

In what cases can I request a replacement or refund?

We can assist with a claim if you receive:

  • the wrong item
  • a damaged item
  • a defective item

Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and ideally an unboxing video.
For approved cases, replacement is our first resolution, and a refund is processed only if replacement is not possible.

What items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund?

We won’t be able to accept a return / exchange / refund request if the product:

  • has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • is returned without original tags / labels / packaging
  • has perfume smell, stains, makeup marks, or signs of use
  • is a sale / discounted item, unless you received the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective item
  • is reported after 48 hours of delivery
How do I raise a complaint for a wrong, damaged, or defective item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@siyaethnics.com or 7999878817 with:

  • your order number
  • your registered phone number / email
  • clear photos of the product
  • photos of the outer package and shipping label
  • an unboxing video (strongly recommended and may be required in some cases)

Once we receive the details, our team will review the claim and guide you on the next steps.
