By accessing, browsing, using, or placing an order through this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Website.

These Terms govern your use of the Website, purchase of products from the Website, and all related services provided by Siya Ethnics.

By using the Website, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return / Exchange / Refund / Cancellation Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are using the Website on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind such person or entity to these Terms.

Siya Ethnics sells sarees through the Website for delivery within India only. Product availability, pricing, dispatch timelines, delivery timelines, and promotional offers may change from time to time at our sole discretion without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, suspend, or restrict any product, feature, service, offer, or part of the Website at any time.


5. Account Registration and Account Security

You may be permitted to create an account on the Website to place orders, manage preferences, view order history, and use other Website features.

If you create an account, you agree that:

  1. you will provide accurate, complete, and updated account information;
  2. you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  3. you are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account;
  4. you will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach; and
  5. we may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that the account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability of products on the Website. However:

  1. product images are for illustrative purposes only;
  2. actual color, tone, texture, and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, display resolution, lighting conditions, photography, and device configuration;
  3. minor variations in weave, print placement, texture, blouse piece finishing, embellishment placement, fall, or other non-material aspects may occur depending on fabric, batch, production process, packaging, or sourcing;
  4. all products are subject to availability; and
  5. errors in product descriptions, images, pricing, or availability may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to update or cancel orders if any information on the Website is found to be inaccurate, including after an order has been placed, subject to applicable law.


7. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

7.1 Pricing

Prices shown on the Website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed, subject to verification, technical errors, pricing errors, or payment issues.

7.2 Payment Methods

We may accept one or more of the following payment methods, subject to availability on the Website or checkout page:

  • UPI
  • credit cards
  • debit cards
  • net banking
  • wallets
  • cash on delivery (if available for your order / serviceable location)

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, gateways, or checkout service providers, including Shiprocket Checkout and associated payment partners. By proceeding with a payment, you authorize the relevant payment service provider to process your transaction.

7.3 Payment Authorization

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or manually verify any order or payment transaction if we suspect fraud, abuse, pricing error, payment failure, unauthorized use, or any other legitimate business or legal concern.

7.4 No Liability for Payment Gateway Interruptions

We shall not be liable for any delay, failed transaction, bank issue, payment gateway outage, OTP issue, card issue, UPI issue, or technical interruption arising from third-party payment service providers, banks, networks, or payment systems.


8. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected product(s) subject to these Terms.

An order shall be deemed accepted only when:

  1. your payment is successfully authorized or your order is confirmed by us, as applicable; and
  2. the order is processed and accepted by Siya Ethnics.

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • product is unavailable or out of stock;
  • pricing or listing error;
  • suspicion of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized transaction;
  • repeated failed deliveries or refusal to accept COD orders;
  • incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable customer information;
  • serviceability limitations;
  • breach of these Terms.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been successfully received, the eligible amount will be refunded in accordance with our applicable refund process.


9. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship products within India only.

9.1 Dispatch Timeline

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 business days from order confirmation, subject to product availability, operational circumstances, holidays, courier constraints, force majeure events, and verification requirements.

9.2 Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are generally 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, courier network, local conditions, public holidays, weather events, and other factors beyond our control. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

9.3 Shipping Charges

We currently offer free shipping unless otherwise specified on the Website, promotional campaign, or checkout page.

9.4 Delivery Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address, contact number, and recipient details. Siya Ethnics shall not be responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges, return-to-origin charges, or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or outdated delivery information provided by you.

9.5 Failed Delivery / Refused Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, refusal to accept delivery without valid reason, non-contactability, or repeated failed attempts, we reserve the right to:

  • cancel the order;
  • deduct shipping / handling / return-to-origin / recovery charges from any refund, if applicable;
  • refuse future COD orders or future orders from the customer; and/or
  • require the customer to bear any re-shipping or recovery costs.

10. Cancellation Policy

10.1 Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment, subject to order status and operational feasibility. Cancellation requests must be made promptly by contacting us at care@siyaethnics.com or our support number.

10.2 No Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

10.3 COD Refusal / Abuse

If a customer places a Cash on Delivery order and refuses delivery without valid reason, repeatedly places non-serious orders, or causes return-to-origin losses, Siya Ethnics reserves the right to:

  • restrict COD for such customer;
  • cancel future orders;
  • refuse service;
  • recover reasonable shipping or handling charges where permissible; and/or
  • require prepaid payment for future orders.

11. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Claim Conditions

Your purchase is also governed by our Return / Exchange / Refund / Cancellation Policy. In case of conflict, the specific return / refund policy may apply in addition to these Terms.

11.1 General Return / Exchange Restrictions

Products shall not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund if:

  • the product has been used, worn, washed, altered, ironed, or damaged after delivery;
  • the original tags, labels, packaging, invoice, or accessories are missing;
  • the product has perfume smell, body odor, stains, signs of use, or any customer-caused damage;
  • the request is made after the applicable claim window;
  • the item is a sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance item (unless otherwise stated or required by law);
  • the complaint relates solely to minor non-material variation in color, weave, print placement, texture, fall, finishing, or appearance as described in these Terms;
  • the issue arises due to customer misuse, improper handling, or failure to inspect the product upon delivery.

11.2 Eligible Claim Grounds

Subject to verification and policy conditions, claims may be considered for:

  • wrong item received;
  • damaged item received;
  • defective item received.

11.3 Saree Size / Fit

As sarees are generally standard-size products, size issue / fit issue / personal preference / styling preference shall not be treated as a valid ground for return or exchange, unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page.

11.4 Claim Window

Any eligible claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

11.5 Evidence / Verification

To process a claim, we may require:

  • clear photographs of the product and packaging;
  • parcel label / invoice details;
  • order number;
  • and, where applicable, an unboxing / opening video showing the issue.

An unboxing video is strongly recommended and may be required in cases involving wrong item, damage, tampering, missing item, or other delivery-related disputes.

11.6 Reverse Shipping Responsibility

  • If the issue is due to our error (including wrong product, damaged item, or verified defect), we may arrange pickup or bear reasonable return shipping costs, subject to verification.
  • If the issue is due to customer-side reasons or a non-eligible claim, we are not obligated to arrange return pickup, exchange, refund, or reimbursement of shipping charges.

11.7 Remedy

Where a claim is approved, Siya Ethnics may, at its sole discretion and subject to stock availability and policy conditions, provide one of the following:

  • replacement / exchange;
  • refund to the original payment method; or
  • another commercially reasonable resolution.

12. Promotional Offers, Coupons and Discounts

We may issue discount codes, coupons, offers, credits, or promotional benefits from time to time. All such promotions are subject to separate terms, validity conditions, stock availability, minimum order requirements, and our right to withdraw or modify the promotion at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, reverse, or disqualify any promotional benefit if we reasonably believe there has been:

  • misuse, abuse, duplication, manipulation, or fraudulent use of a coupon or offer;
  • bulk purchasing or resale behavior;
  • suspicious order patterns;
  • technical exploitation or unauthorized stacking of offers.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, website layout, images, icons, designs, software elements, page styling, policy content, compilations, and other material (“Content”) is owned by or licensed to Siya Ethnics and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

  • delay in shipping caused by courier, weather, force majeure, public events, or operational constraints;
  • misuse of the product contrary to instructions or intended use;
  • minor color / weave / finish / display variation;
  • unauthorized access caused by your own negligence in handling account credentials.

Our aggregate liability, if any, in relation to any order or claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim, except where a higher liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.


19. Indemnity

20. Force Majeure

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website, or any transaction conducted through the Website.


24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, such provision shall be severed to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.


25. Waiver

No failure or delay by Siya Ethnics in exercising any right, remedy, or provision under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
